Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Orland Park Mokena By Ihg

We booked a King Room, Hearing Accessible, Roll-in Shower for six nights but faced significant issues upon arrival. The bed was far too high for my husband, who uses a wheelchair. When we sought assistance, we were told the bed height was standard and nothing could be adjusted. The alternative offered was a camp bed, which did not solve our problem. We were left to improvise with borrowed ramps and planks, highly frustrating and unsatisfactory.

The rooms were clean and nice with a great view and had all necessary facilities. The staff was superbly friendly, amiable, and everything was great. Location: the hotel was near restaurants and the common areas...

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with lots of pillows on the beds and plenty of seating in the breakfast area, where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a unique pancake machine that was a fun surprise.

Customer hospitality stood out with excellent front desk staff. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable-perfect. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, including classic fried fish, a delicious surprise. The hotel could greatly benefit from clearer signage at the entrance, as I had difficulty locating it initially. The pool area could use some maintenance. A pleasant stay, but some improvements are needed.

We had a blast staying at this hotel with friends! We enjoyed the comfy beds and the friendly staff. It was great to relax after visiting nearby attractions like the park and a major mall. The location is perfect for group outings.

The front desk staff were unhelpful and rude, especially regarding early check-in. The room was clean and well-maintained, which softened my disappointment.

The king suite was spacious and featured a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker for convenience. The indoor swimming pool was relaxing, and the fitness center had good equipment. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and pancakes, delicious. Staff were genuinely friendly and cute.
